Looks like the kids are driving it? I suspect it’s probably because they can’t afford it… and I wonder how many are doing pot instead? I do not understand or know anything about the pot industry (legal and illegal). And as for the Canadian gubbimint… I dunno how much faith can be put in the Statscan numbers.
I was going to go down to the liquor store and buy a few bottles for Christmas but the wife doesn’t drink. And I dunno what it is but I’m not feeling the need for a Christmas tipple this year at all…? Depending on whose numbers you used, I was a full blown alcoholic at one point. Then one day I just quit cold turkey, for no real reason, really… No DT symptoms whatsoever. I dunno even why I quit? Drinking was just something I didn’t need to do anymore. The hangovers were getting more brutal as I aged and maybe that was a bit of a factor… long story short - I really dunno why I quit, never mind anyone else!
