Not for me, thanks. It’s pretty but I’ve swung an axe or a hatchet at too many soaked logs that they just swallow the axe head! Just extricating it sometimes involves high octane road rage!!! I’ll take a conventional axe head over that any day of the week and twice on Sundays.
Why make things more difficult…?
I used to think that splitting firewood with an axe was next to impossible - there's just too many times the axe head stuck and yeah, road rage level intensity to get it out. Then I bought an actual splitting axe and OH MY GOD did splitting wood become so much easier.
