Gobsmacked by reality, the youngsters are going to say to the oldsters: No economy, no jobs, and no future for us, no taxes, no debt service, no pensions or medical care for you. In a word, repudiation, an intergenerational middle finger.
I don't want to paint all boomers with the same brush, but all the same, that generation's legacy is robbing from the future so they can live high off the hog today. So those responsible for this deserve all the scorn and derision that's due to them.
I agree. The hell of it is that most of that is at the feet of first generation boomers. There's actually two generations of boomers. I made the boomer demographic by a couple of months... and I and most of the guys in my age group got the same ride that Gen X got... not that they did any good for the future generations either...
