Well... it's either liberal slop journalism or shitlib rage bait. We seem to live in an era where lefties think all they gotta do is get the blessings of their corrupt priests that have infested the judiciary - wave a magic wand - and - MAGIC!!! All their wishes come true! They are the law of the land! And what they say- goes!

I know a few men who've gone through the meat grinder of Canadian Family Divorce courts and roughly half were formally accused of abuse and rape and other horrible things. Back then this was horrible stuff because in divorce, the man almost automatically became the guilty party and the villain, and the poor hapless wife became the innocent victim that could only be redeemed by lots of cash and prizes. It didn't matter if those accusations were later dropped or proven false - just being accused was enough to get a man condemned.
But nowadays its pretty much standard lawfare, isn't it? I see guys accused like this all the time now and they just shrug and say "Whaddya gonna do? It's a legal battle... and these are just tactics..."
Near as I can tell the courts have finally started to get wise, maybe? I've seen a few divorces now where - if women were unhappy in their marriages going into the divorce proceedings - they were absolutely horrified and miserable afterward. Divorce theft may finally have peaked in Canada, maybe? Or at least, some effort at fairness is finally being made...?
Who knows? I am probably full a beans, and this old hen is probly right! Empowering children in the family and undermining the role of the father will probly fix everything!
