Picatinny Rail Mounted Chronographs…!?!?

Now I’ve seen it all….
Warning… if you're squeamish this vid is not for you.

Pests are killed with precision air rifles.
Out of curiosity I did a chithouse fact check…
$3500.00 for the gun, probly another $2.5k in accessories and scopes…
😞

More money than I have for an air rifle…

  1. The few high powered pellet rifle videos I've watched have all taken place in locations like Merry Olde England, where the peasants are not allowed to own real firearms. So there it makes sense (in a very perverted way) to use ultra-high dollar air rifles.

Here in the land of the free (/s), we'd do all that he just did with a Ruger 10/22, a Walmart budget scope, and a box of CCI mini-mag ammo. Total cost is slightly over $300, including ammo. So yeah, fuck that air rifle bullshit.

    1. It’d be nice to shoot in the backyard or a nearby field or even in the basement… but yeah… not for that kind of coin…

    2. I have a lower-mid-range (or upper-low-range) air rifle - just say I spent roughly $300 on it. Throws a .17 pellet at ~1000 fps with some accuracy, depending on the type of pellet. And dammit, it's just as loud as a .22 LR. Trying to shoot that in your back yard will have the neighbors (or neighbours LOL) calling the gendarmes. Hell, just buy a .22 rifle and put a silencer on it, same damn thing. If you're concerned, load it with .22 shorts instead of longs.

    3. Get some cci cb longs. Shoot those in a rifle. You will be surprised how quiet they are.
