Both the wife and I have stuff like that shaping up in our families. On one level it drives me crazy… but then I think about it and in the grand scheme of things, it doesn’t really matter. I’m not going to fight over the money and possessions of dead people, I don’t need to, thankfully. I am not rich… but I’m free. It’s good enough. Shafting your siblings for their inheritance is a sure way to conjure up seriously bad juju and karma. The kind that draws the attention of God, Darwin and Murphy.
I think theres a lot more of this going on than people suspect.
Lets chip in to buy him a waaaaburger to go with his French cries.

ReplyDeleteIt's jarring. Makes ya shake yer head and decide "Well, THAT'S over."
seems to me he felt entitled. the sister,while not upfront, did earn extra compensation by taking care of the old man. "you can pick your nose but not your relatives".
