#13, Suppose I go in, order, then ask to tell the manager how awful the service and food was? I bet they don't have a camera to review to learn of all the people that turned away at that sign. That attracts the customers that look to get a comped meal because of the roach or whatever that mysteriously was in their food after the meal was mostly consumed. May not be in business much longer.
