I Think I’ve Turned Into A Fudd…

If they ever manage to go forward with the idiot liberal gun bans I’ll probly smuggle one of these in to replace my confiscated guns out of pure spite! HARD HAR HAR!!!

Buuuuuuuuutttt… ughhhh. Sure… it’d be a fun range toy maybe…? Full auto guns make sense tactically when you’re doing integrated squad level seriously CQB stuff or doing suppressive fire work… but for a gun club duffer… I gotta look at the reloading bench when I get home from the range. Even with a progressive reloader I wouldn’t want to have to feed that pig. My semiautomatics are bad enough!

But in my world I have no need for anything like that. It would be just an exercise in making noise for me. When I was a kid I would have loved it though. It must be an age thing?

  2. I shot the Thompson sub-machine gun in .45, and I could hit stuff with it. This was back in 1998 or so, out West. I think my fun meter pegged out around $120 for an afternoon of shooting.

What the moonbats don't realize is the thing you pointed out. Owning a full-auto anything is fun, shooting it is a lot of fun, but buying ammunition will send you to the soup kitchen. Then you have all kinds of friends that will mysteriously appear and ask if you're headed out to the range anytime soon so they can try out your new toy. If you can find two of these freeloaders with the price of a box of 9mm between them, it'll be rare.

If it were legal, I'd likely own an Uzi.
