Well the easy stuff’s come off. I’ve pretty much stopped eatin crap, goyslop, bread or anything else and 13 lbs. went “poof!” Now… it gets hard. The innernet says I can have 100g of proteins in a day. Dear gawd…. That’s half a pepperoni stick. One pickled egg. A dollop of cottage cheese. Carbs aren’t much of a problem because I can get them from green feed.
But without proteins…? I start craving. My stomach’s full but I don’t feel full. I look at my li’l Niglet and start having visions of roast turkey. Gaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh….
I dunno how much longer I can do this…

Sup with some good protein powder to make deelish smoooothies! I use this stuff...https://www.purenaturenutrition.com/products/e-d-g-e-whey-protein-isolate.
ReplyDeleteAdd in some Psyllium fiber and peanut butter powder with frozen blueberries to experience muscle growth, and best of all, epic morning turdoos!

ReplyDeleteSo long as you can afford it you should be doing low carb, less issues with cravings.
1. 100g sounds low. 1.6g per kg of body weight is the recommendation I've heard.
ReplyDelete2. You're Canadian. The 5BX is part of your heritage. [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Canadian_Air_Force_Exercise_Plans] [https://www.fourmilab.ch/hackdiet/e4/]
Eating steak is not a problem.
ReplyDeleteAvoid carbs, milk cheese,
Eggs and meat are fine. Not sure about beans.
Feeling hungry, with a full belly sux
I agree with one of the anon's. 100g is low. I am shooting for 1g of target body weight which for me is 200g per day. I can easily hit that and stay under my daily calorie target if I watch the carbs.
ReplyDeleteMy "low-res" eating rules: Protein good, carbs bad, try to avoid processed foods. Then you can start digging into the micro's and see what does and doesn't work for you.

One 50g egg is only 6g of protein, you need 100g of protein not 100g of egg per day.
ReplyDeleteOh shit. I’m a moron!!! 😂👍 But even so… the calorie count still gets me. I can blow my calories on lots of green feed…or a little bit of meat… it sucks either way…☹️
DeleteJustin_O_Guy is right, meat, you can eat.
ReplyDeleteAre you not allowed fat? Delicious, satiating, flavor-packed fat? I've lost 50# (that's 22.7 kg for those of you in Rio Linda) in 9 months averaging 1850 kcal/day and 22 net carbs/day. I try to eat at least 100g protein and the rest from yummy unctuous islam-defying pork fat, hindu-destroying beef tallow and Karen-triggering butter. Nothing before noon or after 7PM. Drink a gallon of water a day. Go to bed hungry. I'm older than you and probably get less exercise, too. --Jimmy don\'t play that

ReplyDeleteLots of meat, cheese and veggies, meat most important
