Leaving aside my usual race commentary - we can see lack of marksmanship and pistolcraft. But…even if I was an 85 IQ pavement ape… I’d kinda insist on some kind of overwatch for my ethnic gatherings and sporting events.

ReplyDelete2nd and 3rd shift ER back in the 1990's. lots of GSWs in the summer months. and a few or more than a few stabbing every shift. and, they not all that bright either. think 60-75 I.Q. level
scary part is the collage has the 4th largest police force in the state. yeah. it is that bad there. and your average kid going to school there has no idea what they walking into. nor the parents
as they keep a tight control on the crime stats around the schools. they never get 60 grand and up from the parents each year if they knew their kid will be mugged/raped or worse just for going there. what they don't understand is that your average collage kid is a walking payday for the thugs of west Philly.
