It’s a long weekend up here in Canada. JL is off duty resting and unavailable for harassment. Exile will be grillin’ some bronto steaks and having beers out on the deck. My adoptive kids are out camping. It’s a good time to get some chores around here so I’m taking the opportunity to back flush the blog’s sewer pipe filters. It’s a stinky messy job… but it’s gotta be done!

The takeaway? Never relax, the Jacobins lie like they breathe, and never more so than when they are afraid that you are on to them. I could have left this under your post about the suspicious quiet from the left, but since it is you Canadians’ big V Day, it could be just as relevant here.
