  2. Spaghettios, manwhich, hamburger helper, chicken noodle soups with grilled cheese with government cheese.. That was gen X latch key kid food. Apparently they are still made and the ingredients arent horrible, but not great snd still fall under highly processed food..They make an organic version, I couldnt find the ingredients for that version. Ive seen knock-off, all natural spaghettios, my grandson eats them they dont have seed oils, fake cheese, msg or many preservatives. I cant remember the brand.

Spaghettios ingredients: Ingredients of SpaghettiOs Original are: water, tomato puree (water, tomato paste), enriched pasta (wheat flour, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), high-fructose corn syrup, contains less than 2% of: salt, enzyme modified cheddar cheese (cheddar cheese [cultured milk, salt, enzymes, calcium chloride], water, disodium phosphate, enzymes), vegetable oil (corn, canola, and/or soybean), enzyme modified butter, skim milk, beta carotene for color, citric acid, paprika extract, flavoring. Potential allergens: wheat and milk.

  3. My daughter left a can of that in my pantry after she moved out so one day I said "why not".
Yeah if it says Chef Boyardee or Franco American, only eat in case of desperation. It's edible BUT not very tasty.

  4. They make it. I think they originally made it to keeps kids from fighting with spaghetti noodles. Anyway, the FDA says it's food, so technically it has to be.

  5. My Spaghettios habit was recently killed forever when I got a can with the meatballs, which I always loved. The meatballs are not meat anymore. I’m 58, and that really bummed me out.
Also,I ate them cold from the can. Never ate them hot….
