yeah. and then think about how much all that "ink" cost ? don't know about all of you guys, but i can think of better ways to spend my money on besides "ink" right now I debating getting a 1911 in 38 super or maybe one in 10mm. last year it was a SA-35 that I picked up and I love it more than the old hi-powers I had before. it just better all around. trigger, no hammer bite and feeds any kind of ammo I put thru it so far. don't care much for "plastic" guns.
Can you even find .38 super ammo anymore? That may be the deciding factor in your decision. Unless you handload.
I'm kinda on the fence with the SA-35, I'd buy one if it already came with an ambi safety. I'd hate to buy one and immediately start gunsmithing on it.
For that amount of ink, you could get a half dozen (more?) handguns. And skip the crazy. I just picked up a Commander size, bobtail 1911. Tisas, super accurate (no site adjustment) right out of the box. Digested a half dozen varieties of ammo. Kept all the hits in a six inch circle, off hand, at 25 yards. That's great for a 74 year old geezer and fuzzy sites! Why did they start putting fuzzy sites on new pistols?
yeah. I handload my own ammo most of the time. but I will grab a case or two if the price is right. as for the SA-35, it is accurate as hell. pushing 70 here and I can still put the whole magazine on a 9 inch paper plate at 50 yards . something my old hi power didn't do all that well. as for the 38 super, whenever I saw a nice Colt in it, they didn't have ANY ammo for it ? so, if I did pick one up, I buy a few hundred rounds and get a set of dies at the same time. got to shoot a 1911 in 38 super many years ago at the "rod and gun club" in the army. nice weapon !
I'm jealous, or is that envy? None of my (plenty)past Hi Powers or clones were that accurate either. It's amazing what modern CNC machines with good quality control gets you today. The SA-35 sure is reasonably priced! I would like to get one, but my obsessive compulsion can't justify it. I'm sticking with my 34 year old G-19(no grip lumps). It's (accidentally?) near match grade accurate with premium social loads.
She’s a good looking woman (assuming this isn’t an AI image). What a shame (if she’s real) that no-one tried to stop her getting some child to scrawl all over her body with permanent marker. If she exists, she’s STRICTLY “pump & dump” only. Practice. How sad.
A clear sign of mental illness and a trainwreck in slow motion. DG
ReplyDeleteThat is just effin nasty. I would not do her with my worst enemies di*k

ReplyDeleteI understand a Tat or 2, but find overly-tatted unattractive.
ReplyDeletePlus their lymphoma and cancer risk from all that ink.
