E.T. Was never really a good show… but it did well enough at the box office. The little ones liked it well enough. What was odd is that they never serialized or did remakes. I wonder why? The rehashed shows like Star Wars and Star Treck to death, and any number of other shows… but not this one?

Supposedly, the Back to the Future series won't get remade until Mr. Zemeckis drops dead; he (or *somebody*) put his foot down on allowing that particular act of entertainment necromancy while he still has any say-so over it.
