One wonders if she thought to ask..... or if it even occured to her that a reasoned dialog might be a means to "get rid" of the disagreement.
I imagine that the "more financially well off people" she knows don't consider reasoned debate to be a viable means of resolving differences, because they know it would pursue *truth*, which is the last thing they want.
The "Socialist uncomfortable with blue-collar culture..." meme is a masterpiece.
