Putin's customers are Russia. They have everything they need, all the resources, all the labor, all the expertise. They are nearly everything the US was in the 40s/50s, but with more nihilistic death cults trying to kill them.

So unless the US invades Mexico or Venezuela or somewhere, what good would long range weapons do?
