The FJT Project

That’s all my home tobacco project is, really… a raised middle finger at the statist pricks like Justin Turdo and his commie fart catchers in gubbimint. I guess our faggot faced swine minister is cranking up Capital gains taxes… “It’s all about fairness, dontchya know…” he was saying. My idea of fairness for that sparkle socked poltroon is a bullet between the eyes or a fast trip down a short rope!

🤬

Uggghhhh… but I fed poast. I’ll be happy if he gets rectal cancer and dies in a fire, I guess. I think those are seed pods forming on top of an older plant… should I harvest it or let it go? Any experts out there? Flapz’ sister started that one a long time ago and it has only ever lived in doors and probly doesn’t get much sunlight where it is…

While my filthy weeds are growing, I have to get by on store bought tobacco. A two ounce tin of decent pipe tobacco runs $60.00 and up, thanks to our socialist overlords so I hoard my supplies carefully and only buy the cheapest shag tobacco in the bulk bins. It’s dry and chitty with lots of stems and my last batch was just horrible…so I re-hydrated it with the finest scotch on the planet…I dribbled in a tiny amount of Highland Park and mixed it in, bringing the humidity of the batch up to 70%. Then it smoked much better. Smells better too but didn’t really add much taste.

Gawd… I haven’t had a drink of that in years. It will go back into the cabinet to sleep again for another year or two but I’ll eventually polish it off in small medicinal doses…

☺️

Maybe I’ll just keep it around for topping off my devil’s weed too. Who knows.  I hope your Sunday is going well and that your gardens are on schedule.

Cheers,

Filthie

  1. How exciting. The plants look wonderful. I think you have to let the flower bloom, then harvest. I'm no expert on tobacco plants. I have basil plants which I trim the flowers once they have bloomed and drop them into the soil for more basil. This is the 3rd year they've come back. They do really well here in the Southwest.

  3. I grew some about ten years ago and from what I remember you remove the buds to get both bigger and more leaves, unless you want to grow some seeds for next year of course.

  4. Hmmm, seeds, stems, buds, ounce, weed, Highland…….
I feel like I just read a old copy of “High Times” and the article was about cheap ass grass grown in Mexico.

  5. Captial gains....thieving bastards.

They just want to line their pockets with money not yet owned by people who work way harder than they do. Typical commie bullshit.

  6. Assuming you are allowed, try these folks. I've gotten some excellent leaf from them. I'm in the Biden state. Sigh......

  7. When it blooms cut the top off, called topping oddly enough. It'll then start to put out ... limbs isn't the right word but new blooms at the joint of the stalk and each leaf. They're called suckers, break them off. We grew burley back in the day. Harvested in August and hung in the barn to cure till November. I guess I should say in Tennessee.
