Any a you guys doing ‘em? Any recommendations on how to approach them? I regard them largely as quackery… but I (usually) take a daily vitamin highball to prevent cold and flus. It works (when I actually take it, that is). If I’m going to do them, I want to do it smart. I learnt recently that I was down on my magnesium levels of all the bloody things. I wonder what else I’m down on? I’m gonna do a deep dive on it, but if any of you are experts… your two bits would be appreciated.
I had to laugh. My dear beloved mother found out about me getting hammered by the pneumonia… and she’s just on Cloud 9. It literally must a made her day! I haven’t seen that old whore so happy in a long, long time. I know I should be miffed and sad but… it just cracks me right up! HAR HAR HAR!

HAR HAR HAR HAR HAR!!! Don’t say I never did nothin’ for ya, Mom! I’ve often fantasized about knocking Mom off with the flat of an axe or garden shovel. Maybe pushing her out a window… but perhaps I better reframe and re-think the dynamics of our dysfunctional relationship: that fucken old bitch might do me in first! HAR HAR HAR!!!
If I die under comically suspicious circumstances I hope one of you will be sure to alert the fuzz and make sure she is on the list of suspects along with the rest a ya’s.

two 500 mg of vitamin c, morning and night at a minimum. If you go to the doctor, be sure and get a copy of the blood test and read it, it will note what is low or high.
ReplyDeleteGarlic, C,D,E, Zinc daily, if I feel something coming on I double the daily dosage and throw in ivermectin.

I take a men's one-a-day 50+ vitamin. Seems to work. I rarely get sick. Barely caught the coof, but shrugged it off in a day or two. I've been trying Black Forest Turkesterone and Tongat Ali. Seems to help building muscle mass and tone, which is nice at my age.
ReplyDeletetook all types of supps for years. had prostate cancer last year. correlation or the reason i survived?
ReplyDeleteModern industrial food equivalents are anti nutritional, actively harmful. Maybe Canada has better quality food than FUSA. There is so much wrong with American GMO food that there's thousands of books on the subject.
ReplyDeleteSupplements are highly advised, I'm a true believer (and healthier than a horse and going on 75). You will figure it out, your healthy scepticism will stand you in good stead.
A little or the right stuff goes a long ways.
Fred Flintstone chewables. Good stuff. I like the purple flavor.
ReplyDeleteI take a men 50+ one-a-day pill, but then again, I can't digest fruit and despise most vegetables. I really miss apples and bananas.
ReplyDeleteGrowing up in PA with a house full of siblings, we were always catching something. Mom started us on daily multi-vitamins and the difference was remarkable. I've been taking a men's daily ever since. I also take black elderberry, extra zinc, magnesium and calcium. Ivermectin is always on standby.
