So cruel and unusual punishment has been fully redefined under our newly minted democratic democracy. Democracy is how people owe billions in court fines and get dragged in to court for paying off a hooker. Their self avowed emenies must be punished enough that they never come back.
Charged, convicted, and sentenced for farting during a strip search. No mention of what prompted the strip search in the first place.
