I am not a biblical scholar…but I have read the Bible and make rudimentary studies of it and I just boggle sometimes. Where in there does it say, “Dress up in bed sheets and cone heads and parade hither and yon”?
It used to be a running gag: “The devil made me do it!!!” Who’s telling you to do stuff like this? How can you read that book and get all this out of it?
