DeleteIn the 90's the armed forces had a shortage of people with my degree. They were offering cash if you signed up and had it or if they would pay 4 years for you to get it. A group of us went down just after graduating.

I realized it was not the place for me, if you are offering signing bonus because of a shortage but only want people to fill a quota then its doomed
