🎼 You Can Hear The Heads Exploding Down Peckerhead Rooooooaaaad🎵

Aaaaaaaaahhhhhhh. I truly love the tears of liberal NIMBYists! I dunno where this new range is but I’ll have to check ‘em out! I love Beaver County too… puts me in the mood for some rebellious red neck toonage…

Speakin’ of rebels, Boogaloonians and black markteers and giving the finger to the neoliberal establishMINT… my first li’l act of defiance and contempt is coming along nicely. My first experimental homegrown tobacco plants’re coming along nicely. Considering they don’t get much light there…they’re doing great. If all goes well I’ll be filling my pipe with them in about a year and a half…

I’ll be starting the bulk of the seeds in another week or two. Wish me luck!

  3. No new ranges around here, any one that owns any property has a range. I have two, one limits out at 160 yards (the close one). The 500 yard one is 200 yards down in the bottom of the holler.
That's some good Southern rock! I had to move 400 miles north and 2000 miles east to get this far south (Tennessee). Love it here! The Free United States part really hit me the 1st summer here. We went to the next county over for their 30 mile yard sale (every county has one every year) and I bought a like new Mossberg 500, on the side of the road and a Tractor Supply truck box from the same guy, got a volume discount!

    1. Sounds like here, minus the yard sales. I went 3500 miles north…😁😁😁 The 2 outdoor ranges here are run by the corrupt borough council. They’re good places to get shot, poorly maintained and closed by 6 pm every night. In a place where it’s light from April till August…. I have a 100 yd lane along with a steel target handgun setup on my land and no neighbors to be bothered by it.

    2. My range was great until the club executive got hijacked by elderly Fudds. Gawd, those old bastards were a pain. One elderly gent got offended by all the black rifles one busy weekend and called the cops - and told them we were shooting machine guns. They'd start fights and feuds between themselves and the members and one year everyone got fed up - and voated the old bastards out en masse. It's really pretty good now that active shooters are running things... and I feel bad for the old hands but it was time for them to go. My time will come soon too, I suppose. Our days in the field and on the range are numbered, and we should make the most of them whenever possible. Especially the younger guys.

  4. I haven’t done many yard sales. The few that I stopped at I walked away with books. BUT, there was this one where I saw a 94 Winchester in 30-30 on the table. It was late in the day and I thought no way did it go all day and not sell. I wasn’t even sure if it was for sale. So I asked if it was available and how much. $100.00 was the price. I asked if there was any dead bodies associated with it. Nope, was my dads and he gave it to my husband. He has other ones he likes better. Oh okay, will you let it go for $80.00? Sure we will. Great! I pulled a $100.00 bill from my wallet got my 20 in change and now I use it as my truck gun.

    1. DAAYYY AMN, Deathray! Pretty sure that's some kind of moral sin, stealing!
But not me, my best yard sale deal was in So. Cal.! of all places. I saw something that indicated they might have guns, so I asked. Yep, they came up with 2 Mossberg 500's, one mint and one with an unfortunate, significant patina of rust. They were "don't wanter's". They bought them "a long time ago", never used one, the other the neighbor borrowed for a year, left it in the trunk of his car and returned it rusty. I got the pair for $40. Cleaned up the rusty one (4 aught steel wool) and sold it to a buddy for $150.
