A friend of mine and I were talking about that one day over lunch. I consider him an intelligent, erudite man, and honest in his dealings. My opinion was that it could be done, but would mean replacing most school teachers and firing administrators. His opinion was that if he were in charge with absolute authority, it would take ten years.
