Welp…might as well look at the electoral damage, eh? The figgers I have show it as
Libs: 43.5% of the voots, 49% of the seats
Cons: 41.4% of the voot, 42% of the seats
Bloc Queerbecois: 6.4%, 6.7% seats
And all the rest of the loons and freaks come trickling in after that. It’s official, boys!
There’s always something good in everything, and it’s nice to see the NDP (commies) leader get shitcanned by losing his own seat.
Filthy bastard… he survived long enough to get his
gold plated pension, funnily enough.
And conservative leader Smol Pee Pee got shit canned too!
HAR HAR HAR HAR HAR!!!
I guess JL, Exile and the other canookies will just have to voot harder next time. So…what can we learn from all this? I dunno, really… I shat the bed with my predictions. I thought the numbers would be much the same but with the win going to Pee Pee and the conservatives. One is tempted to blame the usual mudflaps and suspects…
We want some curried goat, thank you very much please!!!
Chublububadubblubadalubglub Glub!!!
Kill the faggots and jews!!!
Ayyiyiyiyiyiyiyiiii!!!
Oogah Booga boogah boogah!!!
😂👍
It’s all so tiresome. Even if Pee Pee and his conservatives had won Canada still would have been a shit show. I wasn’t going to voot this year but the kids found out and gave me supreme shit and guilt tripped me saying that if I don’t voot… I can’t bitch about what happens. That’s fair, I suppose… but I can’t really get too worked up about it anymore. Canada is past the point of no return. I don’t intend to waste much energy bitching about it. There’s still some counts to come in, and don’t be surprised if there’ll be juuuust enough to give the liberals a majority…
I’m hoping major unity problems explode. I’d really like to see western Canada secede and become the 51st state… but whadda I know? Canada is in uncharted waters, and we are going to hit all the rocks and shoals and reefs before the party ends!

Ughhh. I gotta sit down and start exploring all that stuff…
DeleteUnfortunately, becoming the 51st state will only buy you a few more years at best. Trump is only a speed bump on the USA road to ruin. All of Trump's accomplishments are through executive actions which means they can all be undone on day one of another president. The worthless congress critters we have won't pass any laws to codify Trump's executive actions.
ReplyDeleteI agree. I said it when Trump won the first time and I'll say it again. Trump's presidency will not change the fact that the United States is in a dead stick scenario. Trump is merely changing the trajectory; not the ultimate crash. The trees of liberty in BOTH our countries will soon need to be watered with the blood of traitors and patriots, I'm afraid...
DeleteYup, Even the Mighty Trump cannot defeat the Deep State megamonster.
DeleteThe Z Man calls it The Blob. And I agree. Nothing’s going to change until key elements of the Blob start getting killed.
DeleteDon't listen to these Debbie Downers, Glen. We'll happily take Alberta and Saskatchewan.
ReplyDeleteI hope we can work something out BP? Gawd… I’d love to have real money again. And not have my face rubbed in wokeness all the time…
DeleteSad and disappointing brother Filthie. DG
ReplyDeleteYes and no, DG. I didn’t expect much going in… but I wish we were better people than this…
DeleteI almost didn't vote at all, deciding otherwise at the last minute because it costed me nothing to do so, as inconsequential as it was. Truth is, the remainder of my faith in Canada died with what ensued during the scamdemic. That shed the veneer of Canada being 'Strong and Free', because the truth is, Canadians do not revere or value resilience and liberty; they revere authority and order, above all else. A man like Mark Carney being elected to run this place as he was is a testament to the stupidity, laziness, and cowardice of the average eastern Canadian voter.
ReplyDeleteI only hope it hurts them every bit as much and more as it will everyone else who didn't want what is surely coming.
BOHICA
Are ya happy ya vooted, JL? I’m thinking I shoulda lied and told my friends that I did…
DeleteGawd I hate this country.
Am I happy? No. Not unhappy, either. The results were baked in the cake, so I find myself strangely ambivalent to thr results. Where I live, the CPC candidate won handily - as I predicted he would. But of course it didn't matter. I voted for the CPC guy anyway. I loathe the CPC, but at least if they got the government, they MAY have put the brakes on printing/spending/wasting so much fucking money. If there was a PPC candidate on the ballot, I would have voted for him out of principle. But the chips fell where they did.
DeleteBut...the obvious lesson here, which I already knew, is that you really can't vote your way out of tyranny...especially in Canada.
Also, Glen, JL, you can't beat the owners of the VOATING machines.
DeleteWe don't have enough MG42's, ammo or operators, unfortunately.
At 74, I'm not a runner gunner, I'm a shuffler stumbler. But a Bad Ass one! yessiree do Bob!...doobob?
I don't know, today the whole house is nearly comatose, I think we're getting the beneficial effects of an enormous, weapons grade, mega cell tower, 2 miles away. They are focusable. I haven't felt this fogged in ages, was it something I said?
I think we are pretty much on the same page.
DeleteFor me it’s all about retaining what little is left of my sanity…
I feel your pain Filthie. Me and the spouse are preparing to sell the shack here in commie basketcase Nova Scotia and skoot back to Alberta. We did not voot as we know it's a farce, no viable choices, why bother. I truly hope Alberta folks wake up and choose to exit Kanaduh - but patriotism is a powerful pyscosis and most are deeply hypnotized. It's only the ones who don't vote that HAVE the right to complain - if you participated in the fake democracy and voted for 4 more years of subservience - suck it up - you got what you endorsed. If everybody refused to vote could they claim the right to rule?
ReplyDeleteI think about this time, Harold Marshall would have his Denison smock on in the Metawa Armoury emptying the rat hole where the goodies lie. He'd then look up a Newfie buddy named Furlong in Edmonton so they could go to work.
ReplyDeleteA small positive, it was only a dozen years or so ago that NDP became a threat in Alberta and it looks as they have been beaten back. And the commie farmers in Sasky did the right thing yesterday as well.
